Dr. Rajesh C. Oza specializes in helping senior executives – CXOs VPs, GMs, and their functional staffs – better align their organizations to achieve success. Simply put, he facilitates alignment of strategy and organization through a systems approach to client viability.

Highlights of his writing career include:

- Novels, poems, short stories

- Essays, book reviews, columns

- Long-form nonfiction, screenplays

In addition to his doctorate in organization change from Pepperdine, Raj has a masters in manufacturing management from Northwestern University and degrees in biomedical engineering (computer science focus) and Asian studies (certificate), also from Northwestern. Raj served as President of NU’s Industrial Engineering and Management Science Advisory Board and facilitates the development of MBA Students’ Interpersonal Dynamics at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

A life lesson emerged from meeting with Mother Teresa:  “We can lead best by serving the needs of our community and by following the lead of those we serve.”
